Sarcoidosis Awareness
Many years ago, when I was first diagnosed with sarcoidosis, the doctors did not know what was going on. It was then misdiagnosed. Today, over 35 years later, the same scenario is repeated over and over again! This disease does terrible things throughout the human body. The doctors then concluded I was dying. They asked if they could experiment with massive doses of prednisone. Prednisone is still one of the primary drugs used to control sarcoidosis. It does not heal, it only attacks the body and the body becomes a war zone.
