Over 200,000 times during the last 20 years, contracts and bonuses have provided that “little” extra nudge to motivate and challenge people to make personal changes.

Homeless youth, youth at risk, people in transition, people in varying developing stages of their lives from over 20 countries and 30 states have accessed the contract and bonus process. The goal of this contracting process is to encourage self sufficiency by all who use it. This self sufficiency will be the result of developing a personal network that identifies and nurtures personal skills and individual successes. Please take time to consider using this tool for yourself and others in your community.

Personal Coaching:

It’s not just personal, it’s business!

How often do you realize that change has happened and you missed it? You wake up one day only to realize that something happened and you wondered what changed.

At Coached by Carl, “self contracting” and recognizing the value of a simple but valuable “bonus” is used in the process of looking at a specific concern or a specific direction of change. Time is given to concentrate and make plans toward changes that may be necessary. In some instances changes that were going to be made are stopped. Sometimes a completely different direction is identified. Other times little twists and turns may be all that is needed.

Take time to begin looking at this process. See if it will be valuable to you. Try creating one of these contracts with yourself. Then, once you decide what you are going to work on, treat yourself to a small but special bonus.

Education:

Life is more than learning, it is living!

At Coached by Carl, “self contracting” and recognizing the value of a simple but valuable “bonus” is used in the process of looking at a specific concern or a specific direction of change.

It is one thing to learn facts and information. It is another thing to take these facts and this information and internalize it. There is power in learning. There is power in truth. Together these two concepts make a difference.

The educational contract states what the task is, and then clarifies how to accomplish this task. Try creating one of these contracts with yourself. Then, once you decide what you are going to work on, treat yourself to a small but special bonus.

Family Life:

Personal, yes. Business, yes. Family, under construction!

At Coached by Carl, the family is approached as if it is a primary support for all of its members. That may or may not be the truth. The use of contracts and bonuses are then added to strengthen individual family members as they work toward bringing and maintaining stronger family ties. Take time to look at the following contract page. Go through the questions and then contact us by submitting your responses. If you want some one to work with you to create a coaching environment supportive to your family contact us now.

Team Building:

It’s not just business it’s personal!

Today’s business world is changing fast. Will you keep up? Will your business be open to these changes? Will you have a team of people who support the business you are a part of, or will they be splintered causing ineffective customer service and slowed down productivity? Coached by Carl believes that teamwork has the ability to keep your presentation fresh and your service appealing to those who need your product.

Training:

You will do role playing, trial contracts and personal study on the coaching process.

The following is the form used in personal contracting. After you have looked at it, completed it, and have interest to know more please send an email to get started in training.

Before you go further please identify one thing you could for yourself today that would show respect and treat yourself or someone else with respect. Is there something you could do for yourself that would cost less than $15. Will you commit yourself to accomplishing this task today?

Make a list of potential steps that may help you to accomplish your task.
